The largest city in the world contains many specialist shops and locations from gunsmiths to the imperial armoury.

In the mighty Imperial Palace on the crescent hill, the Emperor Tiber rules the land and accepts visits to his court.

The gods of the world share one meeting place, and value it over all others.

Out to the west the province of ventis houses the great abbey and the gardens. Many travel to the site, and meet in peace regardless of race or nation.

The monks here trade with the world through their very hard to get to trade docks. Otherwise they are considered a far flung outpost of civilisation.

Scarfell

Isolated in the western reaches Scarfell is a mysterious and dangerous place.

Isolated in the cold West, the inhabitants of Scarfell eke out a living on the inhospitable plains and hills.

The majority of the peasants breed sheep in the cold lands to sell in the province capital woolpit, where the huge dye pits work night and day to produce the fine wool that is exported to the rest of the empire.

Scarfell is a land of mystery and intregue, the corina Ice fields line the edge of the  watery scar driven into the east coast of the province, why they exist is anyones guess.

Thorin

The Elves used to rule the known world before the coming of the ‘lesser’ races. Now but a shadow they have retreated into their own realms.

All bar one Lord joined the alliance, bringing all the cities together bar one – Varn. The Lord of Varn vowed to retain his independence and go it alone in his lonely mountain keep.

Tyrin

The Sentrul lived in peace for generations in Tyrin, their beloved homeland. Before an evil so great arrived it caused the entire population to flee the land and seek refuge in their city beneath the waves. Tyrin is now a deserted and evil place.

A Necromancer arrived in Tyrin before living memory, tricking the sentrul into helping him. Once he had power and influence he set about taking over government of the land. The inevitable revolution was as much of the necromancer’s plan as what followed, with a great and unmatched spell, hordes of the dead rose to aid the Necromancer, the Sentrul were decimated and had to flee before the tide of the dead, abandoning their homes, never to return.

The stockade on the shore of Tyrin is the last controlled area in the land, and a mere stopping place on the way to the sentrul’s new home under the sea.

Today the Necromancer has retreated to the badlands and resides in the black tower basking in his mighty realm, The once proud capital of Khron lies in ruins, abandoned except for some dark terrors that dwell in the shattered buildings.

The army of the dead, has spread from the land of Tyrin, out of the control of the necromancer and the evil now permeates the entire world, with corpses rising at night on every continent.

The Reik

The east is dominated by the mighty power of The Reik. The pronvice is the power house of the east, It runs from deep in the south all the way to the far east, and is one of the largest provinces in the Empire

House Harkon, the rulers of the Riek are not a family to oppose. Their might is only shadowed by their thirst for blood and their lack of morals.

Kept in the Empire only by the sheer force of will of the Emperor the Reik staying allied with the empire is on a knife edge.

The baron takes counsel from dark beings and openly boasts about taking the empire for himself.

Rumours are abound of a curse on the house of Harkon itself, but very few have had the courage to investigate further into this.
